At Bling Bling Jewelry, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any) must be included.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support at blingblingjewls@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
